Lochieheads House is a six-bedroom Victorian property near Cupar, completely yours for the duration of your stay. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with high-pressure shower, and beds are configured as zip-and-link Super Kings so the whole party can spread across the house comfortably. The kitchen is built to a high specification and opens into a breakfast room; there is also a formal dining room that seats twelve. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included, and you have on-site parking.
The house combines traditional Georgian architecture with modern finishes throughout. Downstairs there is a bar and pool table room, wood burning stoves, and Sky TV with sports and children's packages. The grounds include a walled garden and apple orchard. The property does not permit smoking.
Cupar is well positioned for exploring Fife and beyond. St Andrews and its golf courses lie within reach, as does Dundee with the V&A museum. Perthshire towns like Auchterarder and Gleneagles are accessible by car, and Edinburgh is roughly an hour away. One pet is welcome to join you.

Incredible Beauty located in a beautiful spot. Tranquility and a truly Scottish gem . I cooked here with my Private Chef Giuseppe Manzoli company and with my Italian Banquet Company for few weddings and I can tell you this is one of the best well maintained properties in Scotland and I see many of them as I cook outside catering from 2012 you can imagine, so , book this house with confidence, you have my guarantee!

Had the best stay here with family over the weekend just gone. Amazing estate with the most beautiful grounds and scenery. So calming and peaceful. Cannot fault it. Highly recommend

A spacious and beautiful property set in a peaceful agricultural area with easy access to all of Fife. Each room is comfortable and characterful and the gardens were delightful.

WOW! What an incredible place to spend a few days! Set in the most beautiful surroundings, Lochieheads is just an endless, absolute joy! Impeccably decorated and presented, every single room and living space is warm, welcoming and relaxing. In addition to the stunning bedroom suites, there is a large, fully-equipped kitchen which quickly became a focal point for us during our all-too brief stay, along with the gorgeous lounge, games room and cosy bar! Everything that was needed for this relaxing and fun stay for ten people, was there for us! The views from all over the property would be hard to beat, no matter the weather conditions Scotland throws at you on any given day! The grounds MUST be explored and enjoyed before you leave! There are woodland paths, a walled garden and orchard, beehives and yet more surprises around almost every corner. We felt very privileged to have been given the opportunity to experience Lochieheads with a group of friends over the Hallowe'en weekend, and can't recommend it highly enough to anyone who is considering sampling its plentiful pleasures!
