Voelas Cottage Annexe

Voelas Cottage Annexe is a stone-built annexe attached to the owner's home in Pontybodkin, a village five miles south of Mold. The whole property is yours alone, accessed via a single step into a ground-floor living and dining space with a freeview Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Upstairs are two bedrooms—a double and a single—plus a shower room with a walk-in shower.

Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are provided. There is private parking for two cars on site and a rear garden with furniture (shared access with the owner). A bike store is available if you are cycling through the area. The nearest pubs within walking distance serve food, and Mold town centre, 15 minutes away, has independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Loggerheads Country Park is also nearby for woodland walks, and the Clwydian Range and Llandegla Forest offer cycling trails. The North Wales coast at Talacre and Prestatyn is roughly 45 minutes' drive, as is Snowdonia National Park. Smoking is not permitted in the annexe.
