Orcadians

Sellindge sits in rural Kent between Ashford and the coast, surrounded by countryside that draws walkers and cyclists. Orcadians is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house sleeping six, reached via footpath from the village. The whole property is yours alone, with a small dog welcome at no extra cost.

Ground floor has a living room with Freeview Smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and American fridge freezer. There's a separate toilet on this level. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, one a double, and the third two single beds. The bathroom combines a bath with a shower over it and a heated towel rail. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included; a travel cot and highchair are available if you need them.

Out the back is a garden with seating, furniture and a barbecue. Parking includes a space for one car on site plus a garage for a second. The village has pubs, shops and cafés; Ashford is a short drive for bigger shops and restaurants. No smoking indoors.
