You walk into a light, airy entrance hall and immediately into the heart of Chapel Farm Barn—an open-plan living space with a vaulted ceiling and Velux windows flooding the room with daylight. The living area is furnished for comfort, with a Smart TV for quieter evenings. The kitchen and dining zone flow seamlessly from here, equipped for proper cooking with an electric hob, two ovens, dishwasher and American-fridge-freezer, plus a breakfast bar where someone can perch while others prepare meals.

Four bedrooms are split across the ground and first floors. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, French doors to the garden and an ensuite with walk-in shower. A second double and two single rooms are also downstairs; a further two singles and a sofa bed occupy the first floor. Two full bathrooms serve the property. Essentials like electricity, heating (including underfloor on the ground floor), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.

Outside, a lawned garden with patio furniture and barbecue connects to the bedrooms via those French doors. You have private parking for four cars on site. The barn sits in countryside near the Kentish village of Brabourne, with a pub within a mile. No smoking throughout.
