What guests say
Stayed here for 3 nights as a group and absolutely loved it Our room was beautiful and spacious, everything lovely quality although to personal taste the mattress could have been slightly firmer. The view from our bedroom and especially the 180 degree from the dining room was so gorgeous Ian and Suzanne were super hosts, the food was excellent and they were so accommodating when we were all an hour late for dinner. The only minus point was that the delicious cooked breakfast would be served while we were still eating cereal. Thoroughly recommend

Ian and Suzanne were the epitome of hospitality and fun rolled together. My husband and I stayed 3 nights on a tour and enjoyed the meals, fellowship and comforts of our room. We were on a top level and had views from 2 sides which were breathtaking. We had one night of snow in March, light rain and then sunshine. Never to cold to be outside. We celebrated our 54th wedding anniversary there but kept it on the hush, hush. Thank you Ian and Suzanne for making this trip so special

Stopped here along our tour of the highlands. Was immediately told off and scolded by the owner who was frustrated that we even thought about stopping. Felt quite unsafe and left immediately after. We had planned to stay here for the night but of course continued along so as to not be in further danger. Would not recommend this spot in the slightest.

I recently stayed here with a tour group and it was the most wonderful experience! The lodge is gorgeous with unique rooms that are all put together extremely well in a way that is also incredibly homey and cozy. Ian and Suzanne were the most gracious hosts and looked after all of us with attention and care - they really did make us feel welcome. I also love the lodge’s emphasis on sustainability and appreciated their encouragement to consider our own usage of materials during our stay (but with no pressure as they were incredibly kind about it!). The food was excellent, the bar had a wide breadth of choices, and the grounds were also gorgeous. I will always remember this place fondly for this incredible experience. Thank you!!
