We had a fantastic stay at this caravan park and would definitely come back. The atmosphere is incredibly family-friendly, making it a great place to relax while the kids have fun safely. Everything was spotless — the facilities were well-maintained and clearly cared for, which made a big difference to our overall experience. One of the highlights for us was how dog-friendly the park is. There’s a secure, cordoned-off field where dogs can run freely without any worry, which was especially helpful for our dog who isn’t always reliable off the lead. It made such a difference being able to let them burn off energy in a safe space. What really stood out was how much there was for children to do. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained throughout our stay, so we never had to worry about them getting bored. It’s rare to find somewhere that offers so much while still keeping prices so affordable. Overall, this park offers amazing value for money without compromising on quality. Highly recommended for families (and their dogs!) looking for a clean, welcoming, and budget-friendly getaway.

We stayed on 22/05/26 on arriving the RV was spotless and looked amazing. we had a great time in the hot tub. We had a little wander around the shops on the site and later got pizza and chips from one of the food outlets on site. This was out 4th stay at lady hays. I highly recommend this place. We’ve also stayed in a superior pod when their was only 2 of us ( the RV was a family of 4)

We have taken our touring caravan loads of times, to Lady Heyes, as its position, is only 15 mins from our home. Spacious pitches with ehu and our own water tap. Site very tidy and nicely set out. The staff were as always, very professional and friendly. Cafe and shops on site. The one only comment is ,we now have 2 dogs and a seating area in the dog run field, would be nice. Highly recommended.

We had another great stay. Clean and tidy grounds, Shower blocks were very clean at all times while we were there. Great hot showers. We really appreciated the help from the maintenance man and the young lad from reception who came to help us out. It was our first time using the motorhome and we couldn’t work out why we didn’t have any electricity. Apparently it’s always the fridge. Fridge turned off electricity was ok.
