About The Spinney Park Holiday
The Spinney Park Holiday is an RV park in Swanbridge, on the edge of Penarth. It suits touring caravanners and motorhome users looking for a straightforward base with shower facilities. The site sits a few minutes' walk from a cluster of restaurants including The Captains Wife and Seashore Grill, plus an Indian restaurant, making it convenient for those who prefer to eat out rather than cook on site.
Penarth itself is a seaside town with a seafront and Victorian pier. The location works well for caravanners wanting to explore the Vale of Glamorgan coast without being tied to a full holiday park with extensive facilities.

What visitors say
A very pleasant caravan park to visit with nice views of the Bristol Channel and English coastline and Sully Island. On a clear night the lights on Weston Pier and Burnham On Sea can be seen. There are cafes and a pub all within seconds rather than minutes walk from the site.

It's shocking how bad this place is now.. Terrible food and service! Staff didn't seem to no what day of the week it was £35 for Halloumi that was well over cooked. Had nicer burgers from Iceland Meatballs were awful and the sauce tasted like it came out of a jar And frozen oven chips! This used to be mine and my father's favourite place to eat but since covid it has gone so down hill.. we will not be going back again
