In general this is a decent hotel with helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good clean shower and towels. Fine if you have a car to drive to city centre. I hope the refurbishment will mean improvements to rooms. One of the bedside tables in our room was chopped and looked horrible. Doesn't take much to replace it

I stayed here for a couple of nights as I was in town visiting the video game convention Play Expo 2026 at Braehead Arena. The hotel is well presented and I was greeted warmly at reception for check in. The room was nice and the air con was ice cold. Perfect as it was warm. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. And there is plenty of free parking. The hotel is in a nice quiet location and is within walking distance of the retail park.

Stayed here for a long weekend on the bank holiday, the location was perfect for what we wanted. Braehead shopping centre and Glasgow centre. The room was warm and clean, spacious, with a lovely comfy bed. Parking space was good and free. The food was lovely got the meal deal and was well worth it. Superb evening meal with a few drinks, breakfast very tasty and filling,set us up for a full day shopping at braehead. Back to the hotel bit of a relax shower and change and down for evening meal. Very good shower, plenty of power, and shower gel provided,hand wash as well, good quality, not the cheap stuff. Premier inn is good value.

Checked in Saturday room 218 ,21st Feb for a concert at the hydro Where do you start ... Free plentiful parking , Checked in early ( for free) Met at reception by a really pleasant member of staff , who asked why we was visiting then went on to explain the busses to venue and a phone to book a direct cab, (£15). Room was immaculate,fresh and airy. Extra pillows on wardrobe in a sealed bag with a hygiene tag to show they was clean. Tv , tea coffee ect , with replacement in reception . Sparkling bathroom , clean mirror , dry shower floor . Breakfast was excellent and as much as you want, with a good selection to choose from. A 1 minute walk to another pub and restaurant , if you fancy a change . Really recommend it . In fact we are going to buy the mattress next month
