We had a comfortable stay over the bank holiday and the staff was very kind. We slept very well as the bed was very comfy and we enjoyed the checkout at noon the next day, as it enabled us to enjoy the breakfast (which was great) before having a quick trip to the pool and sauna. The only downsides were (1) it felt like the walls and doors were thin as we could definitely hear our neighbours and people going to breakfast in the morning and (2) they were running behind with cleaning the rooms so check-in was delayed, so we only got to check-in when we returned to the hotel around midnight after our day plans.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean, the room very comfortable and the breakfast fresh. The reception staff is the most helpful staff I ever met. They went above and beyond to help me with something not related to the booking. I want to mention Kinga and Richard who are exceptional people. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A cracking hotel just off the motorway so perfect for those travelling. The rooms are lovely. Clean, fresh, modern and comfortable. I used the pool whilst here which was great. A decent size and spotless changing facilities. Dinner was as you would expect from a large chain but good enough. The staff were great in all areas. Definitely will stay again.

Stay away in summer. Non functional air conditioning. Rooms are 28C to 30C. Also no lifts. I can’t believe this is a Holiday Inn in 2026. We would have preferred a smoking room over the sauna they tried to sell us in July heat! 😂 Hard pass. Edit. I see the hotel replied and apologized, but are not really committed to avoiding the same experience. That would require acknowledging the air conditioning needs to be upgraded and offering an alternative for the absence of lifts.
