We used this site in a previous year, last week and tonight, it is exactly as expected for a basic site, there are 2 toilets, water and electric hookup, like last week, only one of the toilets is unlocked, the owner is a very nice guy, hopefully everyone else has used the honesty box as we have done, to pay for the night, we use this site as a stop over to go to Cornwall and back again, so we are not towing the caravan for 400 miles in one hit, thankyou Elm Farm. Hi, yes we received your message last evening thankyou, next time we come to the site for a stop over, we will bear in mind that the door is not locked, thankyou for you reply.

Location is between two major roads, so quite a bit of noise in that sense. Also a couple of businesses directly adjacent, one starts at 6am and another at 7am, so good wake up. Electric on site and clean toilets. Kids enjoyed themselves...

It was lovely to get ,bus stop just outside of farm ,but we just sat and relaxed ,we met the owner who was really nice and took our rubbish for recycling,to will be going back

Basic certified location site. Toilets clean but is a field with little maintenance and storage buildings on one side. Lovely surrounding areas but no footpath outside site along main A38 road and no dog walking on site
