We had an excellent time enjoying some archery this morning with Cairngorms Activities. We were staying across the road and called to make a last minute booking on a Sunday morning for a group of 8. Anna was super lovely and helpful on the phone and managed to accommodate us at such short notice! When we arrived Peter our instructor was brilliant and really helpful. He got us all sorted out with kit and safety instructions and we had such a great time and a good laugh trying archery! We loved the balloon challenge! Highly recommend if you are in the area. Thanks so much for fitting us in and making our wee break away extra special! 🥰

The golf course is not maintained to a high standard (we’re probably spoilt as we usually play courses in the StAndrews area) but it was far better than last year when we came. It was enjoyable to play though, but can be confusing to know where to go to get to the next hole. I think larger clearer signs would be helpful. Overall it was good and we will no doubt come back next time we visit the area.

Great place for outdoor activities, everything looks well maintained. We rented mountainbikes, after receiving some directions on how to avoid the main roads we went to the very nice nearby forest for some riding. A lot of small paths and trails are available for every skill level. Also got a great recommendation for lunch in Grantown (Forest Kitchen and Cafe)!

What a fantastic outing we had for the gorge walking experience. For our son’s 12th birthday we had Isaac as our guide and he was just brilliant - fun for Sam, patient and encouraging for Mum and Dad, keeping us all safe.. I honestly can’t rate the experience highly enough. A new birthday tradition has begun! We will be back for more adventures!
