Really love it here. Every time I come here The only thing that lets you down is the staff behind the bar. There’s even one person serving or two people serving one customer, which is extremely frustrating, especially when you only have a 20 minute window per bay.

Highly recommend!! Fantastic time for your family, with kids or without! Clean, their combos for 15 and 24£ are awesome! Check those out. Food is definitely delicious enough to be happy while playing. We did bowling and we picked VIP lane. Secluded, quieter, clean and organized. Staff is friendly and diverse. Orders took not much time to be delivered which was a big plus. Make sure to get salsa with your combos, IMO. It’s also delicious. P.S. In the unlikely event, if your lane gets “stuck” and the screen lights up flashing red saying engineer is being called, just try moving the some bowling balls close to you on the rack, those that just got out from the hole, from which they normally appear back. That’s all it was in our case.

Really disappointing visit to Hollywood Bowl Lakeside today with family friends. We had a great experience at Basildon last week, so this was a let-down. Staff were rude and unwelcoming. One member of staff rolled her eyes at me. I’ve since seen a review from one month ago mentioning the same eye-rolling behaviour, so clearly nothing has changed. Service was poor too. My friend was left waiting to order while the staff member walked off and then stood on her phone. We felt like an inconvenience. We also overheard another group saying it seemed like all the staff were having a bad day. Toilets, including the disabled, were also in a bad state. Overall, not a great experience

This place used to be great until they changed the payment options. I used to be able to go to a little coin place, tap my card for 10 pounds and get the coins, like any normal arcade but last time I went I had to download an app, my friend with me didnt have her phone so I had to pay for both of us, this is ridiculous and makes it less accessible to people, like kids that dont have phones, or people that dont have a card and only pay cash. They also removed the photo both as if the payment thing wasnt bad enough.
