Brands Hatch is 15 minutes' drive away, and Darenth Valley has several walking routes within easy reach. Darenth Fishing Complex sits just over a mile off, while Hawley Clay Shooting ground is roughly the same distance. The village itself is close enough to walk to for a pub or café, and the Kent coast is 19 miles south.
Kingsley Cottage is a single-storey annexe sleeping two. The open-plan kitchen and living room has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer, with French doors onto a patio. The bedroom contains a zip-and-link king bed that can split into two singles. A shower room with heated towel rail completes the layout. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. One car can park on site. The cottage does not permit smoking.
This is somewhere for a couple wanting a base to explore the area without the pull of a larger town, or for anyone keen on motorsport, fishing or clay shooting to be close to their interest.
