Leanda Lodge

Leanda Lodge is a single-storey cottage with everything on one level: a living and dining room with a 37-inch TV and DVD player, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, two bedrooms (one double, one with bunks), and a shower room. The owners have included wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels, so you arrive to a ready home rather than a to-do list.

Outside, you get a lawned garden with patio seating and barbecue, plus shared access to 2.5 acres of natural grounds where you'll find a hot tub for four and a badminton net. Children's games and toys are dotted around. There's parking for one car. The location sits between the Norfolk Broads and the Great Yarmouth coast—the beach is four miles away, while a shop, pub and restaurant are within walking distance. Burgh Castle itself, a Roman fort with views over the Broads, is nearby. If you're bringing a horse, the owners can provide paddock access and information about riding routes, including beach rides.

No smoking in the property. Arrival is after 4pm, departure before 10am.
