Excellent staff but the rooms lack the bits that mattet. Room temperature regulated and too warm. Fan to cool. Only 2 plug sockets none by the bed and USB points near the kettle not the bed

They have been brilliant, my mum had to stay for a week near the hospital and I had to go back home over 2 hours away. They took such good care of her and she felt at home, she ate in the little dining and bar area every morning and evening and didnt feel stuck ot lonely thanks to the staff. Thank you.

This is an old Travelodge and the beds have certainly seen better days. Very soft and I struggled with backache from the mattress. It was clean and tidy and the bathroom was fully functioning but fixed showerhead

Room was clean and a good size. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was ok, nothing special. Service was good though so made up for it.
