Sandy Den

Sandy Den is a single-storey chalet within California Sands Holiday Park, a short walk from the beach and surrounded by the usual seaside amenities—amusements, a café, chip shop and minimarket are all steps away. The whole property is yours alone, arranged on one floor with an open-plan living and dining space, a kitchen with basic cooking facilities, two bedrooms (one double, one with bunk beds) and a shower room.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The heated indoor swimming pool on site is shared with other guests and available seasonally (May to September, roughly 9am to noon and 1.30pm to 5pm); there is a charge to use it. You get private parking for two cars and can bring one pet free of charge. The property does not permit smoking.

This suits families after a traditional seaside break with plenty happening nearby, or anyone who wants a base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and Great Yarmouth's attractions without the fuss of a larger resort.
