My friends (one of whom is disabled) and I stayed here for a night as we travelled between shows. Gina went out of her way to make sure that everything was ok for my disabled friend. The fridge was well stocked. A plentiful supply of tea. Dog friendly too. Parking might be an issue, but don't worry if you have to park on a side street! As you walk to the B&B take in the late Victorian street views and wonder how they lived there without cars. Would/will definitely stay again.

Had a really lovely stay here. Clean and cozy room, slept soundly. Very warm hosts Gina and John who accommodated us checking in earlier than usual. A fully stocked fridge and food for breakfast which helped fuel us in the mornings too. Really recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Guildford!

John and Gina are absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I made a mistake with my booking dates, and Gina fixed everything immediately with no stress at all. The level of service was exceptional and far beyond anything I’ve experienced before. I would highly recommend Addison to anyone without hesitation!

I was delighted with the room (the photographs on site do not do it justice), Gina and John were lovely. Best nights sleep I had in ages, fresh milk and orange juice, together with cereals, loaf of bread, variety of jams, tea bags etc. Parking close by and a 10 minute walk into the town. Providing my mate doesn't move out of Guildford, I will be back.
