Had such a lovely stay. Very relaxing. Helen was a superb host, communicated well and was attentive to my needs. The pod itself was beautiful, very clean and tidy all the utensils and utilities were easy to use. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Would definitely be coming back.

Lovely place in middle of a small village, easy walking distance to local restaurants and pubs. Hot tub was fab, bed was comfy. It really was cute little place, a couple of things for improving (cosmetic) toilet seat was loose, main shower head just leaked out when turned on, there was a small leak behind toilet too. Toaster is a bit rubbish, but those are all fixable 😊 would recommend staying here. Eat at Tom Browns!

When we arrived, we got there at 3:48PM instead of 4PM and I rang the lady and she was rude to me on the phone saying they don't let anyone in until 4PM and we would have to wait. This started off the trip on a negative note and I thought she was unnecessarily snappy and rude. She may have just been having a bad day but it wasn't the warm welcomed we expected from the other reviews. There was some glass next to the front door which my partner stood in and bled from. This may have been unfortunate and the wind has blown it from somewhere but still wasn't great. On the first night, we didn't go to bed till about 4AM and we noticed the bed had loads of hairs on it which weren't ours as we hadn't been in it. I messaged at that time obviously there was nothing that could happen then and the lady did come round and change it and she was lovely to talk to then. They do hire cleaners so it isn't necessarily the owners fault however we had to sleep on a blanket for one of our two nights which was just rubbish for saying that's a big part of a getaway. One of the blankets also had a brown stain on it which we didn't use as there was two blankets provided. We complained to Booking.com and we have received no compensation even though one night was ruined due to it being unclean. Poor service.

Amazing stay here in November. Nothing has been missed. The pods are very well decorated extremely clean & comfortable. & so warm. Nice touches with the Christmas tree, dressing gowns, extra cushions & soft throws. The hot tub was great, hot & ready on arrival & clean & private. There is a communal games room where you can enjoy the facilities freely & there is also some really good pubs/ restaurants within a short walking distance for cozy food & drinks. We have already been looking at dates to return in the near future.
