What visitors say
Very well organised. Very efficient. Staff receive you and your camping unit and take you to your pitch, showing you the facilities en route. They're very friendly and helpful too. Our caravan was placed on a grass pitch. It's a lovely quiet place. Great facilities. Dog walking along a disused railway line across the site from the main entrance. All is good here.

Great experience, very well organised site, nice spacious and clean facilitues, coffee shop on site which sells small variety of food and snacks or there is a pub that serves food about a 4min walk away We were camping in an XL tent, we wanted an electric hook up but non were available at the time, although i would probably opt for the same pitch again (far left hand field) as all pitches in this field were set up in a big square with a water point in the middle, this gave loads of room for the kids to set up and run around out front of our tent with other kids etc. Pitches are spacious with 1x car park next to you, all tents have to have a 6m gap between then so not over crowded like some places. Small kids park on site Big morrissons 6 min drive away and Nottingham town is only a short drive away for venturing into some site seeing etc

Had a good 3 nights at the site facilities very good with plenty of room in the shower and toilet block. Only one place to empty your waste water and toilet cassette. Long way to walk when you have pitched at the far end of site. Staff site very helpful and friendly.

This is a caravan site, not a hotel. Nice quiet site (except for kids constantly riding bikes at speed around site). Great facilities including coffee shop. Reasonably accessible for Nottingham City. Would benefit from more food vendor visits.
