Aberdaron Retreat–Gwdihw is a ground-floor lodge built to sit lightly in the Gwynedd landscape, a mile or so inland from the coastal village of Aberdaron. The whole property is yours: two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with twin singles), two en-suite shower rooms, and open-plan living space that runs from the kitchen through dining and sitting areas. Large windows face out across the countryside towards the hills. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided; the kitchen has what you need to cook properly, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
An enclosed front garden has seating and a barbecue. There is parking for two cars on site. One dog can stay free. The lodge does not permit smoking. Access is via three steps to the entrance. This suits families or groups of four who want a quiet base within reach of Aberdaron's beaches and coastal footpaths, or simply want to be still for a week.

What guests say
We have stayed at the garden Lodge twice. At Xmas and recently for my birthday. Both times we had an amazing time. The Lodge has everything you could possibly want. Sarah & Andrew are always available and nothing is to much trouble. Xmas was very magical, the Lodge was beautifully decked for Xmas and value for money. We will definitely be staying again. The wood burner was the icing on the cake.
