Bodwi Farm Cottages - Bodwi Bach

Abersoch and its stretch of sand are just a mile away, making this a convenient base for a coastal break in Gwynedd. Bodwi Bach is a single-storey cottage on a working farm, with its own parking and an enclosed garden where you can sit out. One dog is welcome provided it stays on a lead. The property is not suitable for stag or hen parties—it's set up for families.

Inside, everything is on one level: a living room with Freeview and DVDs, a kitchen with a dishwasher and electric cooker, two bedrooms (one double, one with bunk beds accessed through the first), and a bathroom with bath and shower. There's a separate laundry room with washer and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, electricity and bed linen come as standard. Towels are available to hire, as are a travel cot and highchair if you need them.

The Lleyn Peninsula is within reach for longer walks and exploration. Pwllheli sits seven miles away, while local shops and a pub are a mile and a half off. Several other sandy beaches lie within two miles, and the area offers sailing, fishing, golf and pony trekking if you want activities beyond the beach itself.
