This former farmhouse dates from around 1840 and retains the character of that era—whitewashed beams cross the main living room, stone walls catch the light, and a deep inglenook houses a wood burner. The building sits on working farmland near the tip of the Llyn Peninsula, a landscape of steep-banked lanes and dense summer growth that opens onto views across Porth Neigwl beach. One dog is welcome to stay.
The ground floor holds a sitting and dining space (with TV and DVD player), a kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and washing machine, and a bathroom featuring both a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a double, and one with two singles (arranged for children). A second bathroom is on the first floor. The property is yours alone; there's private parking, a small front patio and a larger rear garden with seating, though the garden is unfenced and borders active farm buildings. Oil heating runs throughout, with underfloor heating in the ground-floor bathroom, and logs for the wood burner are provided during autumn and winter months. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. No smoking inside.
Porth Neigwl itself draws surfers and walkers; the bay is known for harbour porpoises and dolphins. The wider peninsula has a quiet reputation among those seeking the North Wales coast away from busier resorts.
