The property has parking for four cars and a bike store, plus space on the drive for a jet ski or small boat if needed.
Inside, the ground floor is open plan: a living area with a smart TV and electric woodburner flows into the dining space and kitchen, which has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A utility room houses the washer dryer, and there's a conservatory—another seating area positioned to catch the views. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a kingsize with its own toilet, a double, and a single. Central heating and electricity are included, along with bed linen, towels and wifi.
The lawned garden has a sitting-out area with furniture and a barbecue. The cottage is non-smoking throughout. You'll need to allow time to settle in after 16:00 on arrival and leave by 10:00 on departure.
