Bwthyn

Bwthyn sits on the edge of working farmland above Criccieth, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where dolphins, seals and birdlife are regularly spotted. The Llŷn Peninsula offers miles of coastal and mountain walks; Porthdinllaen beach with its celebrated inn is a short drive away, as is Porthmadog with the Ffestiniog Railway and Portmeirion. Criccieth itself—a ten-minute drive—has independent shops, cafés and a pebble beach with promenade and water sports available.
The cottage is on one level with two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bath and shower, one with two single beds and shower en-suite) and a living space that combines sitting room, dining area and kitchen in an open plan. A conservatory overlooks the front garden and patio. The kitchen has a full set of appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included. One well-behaved dog stays free; lead walks are necessary as sheep graze locally. The property has parking for three cars and accesses via a gravelled farm drive.
The cottage suits families and couples seeking coastal access without being in a town, though the farmland setting means children will see working dairy cows from the garden.
