The coastline and Snowdonia mountains are both accessible from Carrog Y Coed Retreat, a camping cabin sleeping five in rural Gwynedd. Beach days and fell walking are practical options; the property sits near enough to both that you can choose your activity each morning depending on the weather. A river runs about 100 yards away, adding to the landscape rather than creating any issue.
The cabin is single-storey and all on one level. Two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with a double and a single—each have their own ensuite shower room. There's a separate toilet too. A living room with a Smart TV, a sunroom with plenty of windows, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge) make up the rest of the space. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Outside, an enclosed garden has seating and a firepit; beyond a wooden bridge is a picnic area. Parking for two cars is on site, and there's a bike store.
The cabin suits families wanting to base themselves somewhere quiet while exploring the region—or simply to have space to spread out with views across fields. No smoking inside.
