Dowlais

Dowlais sits in open countryside between mountain ranges and the sea, within reach of Snowdonia's walking routes, castles and beaches. The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and a single, plus a day bed, sleeping three. There is one shower room on the ground floor. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and bed linen are included; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. In the living room there is a Freeview TV and an electric woodburner. Two cars can park on site, and a front garden with seating looks over the fields.

The nearest beach, Dinas Dinlle, is five miles away and allows dogs. Caernarfon's UNESCO castle is fifteen minutes' drive, while Anglesey lies beyond. Walkers have paths from the door into Snowdonia proper. Golf, riding and fishing are available locally. The cottage does not allow smoking. One well-behaved pet stays free.
