The ground floor holds a living room with woodburner, an open-plan kitchen and dining space that opens onto an elevated patio, and one double bedroom with shower room. Upstairs are three further bedrooms—two kingsize, one with twin singles—served by a family bathroom and two ensuite showers. A hot tub for eight sits in the front garden, which has patio seating and parking for six cars. One well-behaved pet stays free.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included. The patio looks out over open countryside towards the sea. The whole property is yours alone, with no neighbouring houses nearby. The Llŷn Peninsula offers coastal walks to Porthor Beach, known for its distinctive sand, and villages including Abersoch and Aberdaron. No smoking inside.
