The property itself spreads across two floors with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping ten. Ground floor holds a living room with wood-burner, dining room, well-fitted kitchen, conservatory and a separate toilet. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one with a kingsize and ensuite, one with a double and ensuite, one with a double, and one with bunk beds plus a further bathroom with a bath and shower.

The real draw is outdoors. A two-level terrace overlooks Cardigan Bay, with a gas barbecue, garden furniture and a private four-person hot tub on the upper level. Parking for three cars sits on the property. Inside, you get wi-fi, bed linen, towels and heating included, plus a kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch. A travel cot and highchair are available. The property doesn't allow smoking.
