Outside has an enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue, and a balcony with seating. Ample offâroad parking with an EV charging port, and two wellâbehaved pets welcome. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1.8 miles, beach 1 mile. Secure outbuilding for bikes/surfboards. Boat storage available by prior arrangement. Charcoal and BBQ utensils provided. No cot available. Saturday checkâins only. Access to the twin bedroom is via the double bedroom. charges for using the EV charger will be applied at the end of each stay and are payable directly to the owners

Note: Access to the twin bedroom is via the double bedroom. Note:There is a static caravan adjacent to the property, which is used occasionally by the owner's family. Sorry, no smoking.
