There is private parking on site and a garden with patio and furniture to use. One pet can stay at no extra cost.

The property sits on eight acres of grounds in rural Gwynedd, within a mile of the beach and with views towards Snowdonia and Anglesey. Caernarfon, six miles away, has its castle, golf course, fishing, swimming and tennis facilities. For everyday needs, shops and a post office are two miles away in Pen y Groes, and there are food-serving pubs at Clynnog, two and a half miles off. Farm animals graze within the grounds, so gates should be kept shut and pets kept on lead when in the fields. No smoking inside the property.
