The cottage sits on elevated ground with the Dwyryd Estuary in view, and from the garden you can watch the Welsh Highland Steam Railway pass through the valley below. The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs is an open-plan living, kitchen and dining space with a woodburner, plus a shower room. Three bedrooms sit upstairs: two with twin beds and one with a double, along with a separate toilet. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered, and solar panels with battery storage power the property sustainably.

Outside, a private hot tub seats six and overlooks the estuary. The garden has seating and a chiminea. There is parking for three cars, and an electric car charging point if required. Portmeirion village is a short drive away, as is Snowdonia National Park for walking and exploring. The cottage is non-smoking, and you'll have it entirely to yourself.
