The single-storey layout means everything is on ground floor level, accessible via one step at the front door. You get a living room and kitchen opening onto a decked seating area, a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a second bedroom with two singles, and a bathroom with bath and shower.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge for self-catering. Parking for two cars is on site, and there's an enclosed garden where dogs can roam freely—pets stay at no extra cost. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. The area holds genuine appeal for walkers: Harlech beach and the award-winning Llandanwg beach are both close by, and the surrounding hills offer mountain trails. Harlech itself has a castle and golf course; Barmouth and Porthmadog are each around 10 miles away, the latter home to heritage steam railways and near Portmeirion. The Cambrian Coast Railway station is nearby for those without a car.
