Seaborne Cottage is a two-bedroom property in Gwynedd sleeping four, with everything needed for self-catering already in place. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer—while a separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. Both bedrooms have ensuite or dedicated shower rooms, and the ground floor layout keeps the kitchen, dining and living spaces open plan with direct access to the enclosed rear garden.

Downstairs has two single beds (3ft) and a shower room; the first floor master bedroom is a kingsize with its own ensuite. Electric central heating and underfloor heating warm the property throughout. A travel cot and highchair are available. Outside, front and rear gardens are enclosed, and there is private parking for two cars including an electric vehicle charging point. Smoking is not permitted.

Pwllheli town centre is within walking distance, with independent shops, cafés and restaurants. The Llyn Peninsula's beaches and Coastal Path are a short drive away. The cottage sits in an elevated spot with views over fields toward Cardigan Bay.
