Seagull Beach House

Walk through Seagull Beach House and you're immediately drawn to the glass balcony on the first floor—the focal point of this two-bedroom place. It frames uninterrupted views across Cardigan Bay and straight onto the beach, which sits just beyond the patio. The ground floor holds a living and dining room with Freeview TV, a kitchen with electric cooking facilities, and a conservatory; upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, a good-sized patio comes furnished with a BBQ, sun loungers, table and chairs—the kind of space that makes al fresco dining and sunbathing genuinely appealing when the weather holds. There is parking for one car on site. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The house accommodates four people, and a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

Tywyn's town centre, with its pubs, restaurants, shops and cinema, is a five-minute walk away. The beach itself is on your doorstep. Snowdonia National Park and Cader Idris are close by for days out. The property does not permit smoking.
