Tir Gafr
Gwynedd
Harlech's coastline draws walkers and golfers year-round, and Tir Gafr sits on the edge of this landscape with unobstructed views across Royal St. David's Golf Course to the beach and beyond. The property is a modern house sleeping seven across four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Three ground-floor bedrooms have French doors opening onto a lower balcony; the fourth is galleried upstairs. The first floor is open-plan—kitchen, dining and living areas flowing into one another, with large sliding doors onto a wraparound balcony where you can eat outside and watch the light change across the Lleyn Peninsula and Snowdonia.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking from scratch, with a dishwasher and electric oven. Both living and dining areas have woodburners. Heating and hot water are oil-fired; bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There's an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue, plus off-road parking and an electric vehicle charging point. Access is via a rough track or steep driveway depending on which entrance you use. The property does not accept children under eight.
The beach is roughly a mile away on foot. Harlech village has shops and cafés within walking distance, and grocery delivery services operate in the area. The location suits families or groups wanting privacy and views rather than being in the thick of things.
