Ty Del
Gwynedd
Tywyn is a working coastal town with a beach, high street shops, cafés, and a cinema within walking distance. Ty Del is an 18th-century cottage that has been refurbished for modern living while keeping its character. It sits opposite St Cadfan's Church and is a 15-minute walk from the beach. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and one dog is welcome to stay.
The ground floor centres on a living and dining room with a woodburner, leather sofas and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and coffee machine—with a door onto a courtyard garden. One double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is also on this floor. Upstairs are two further bedrooms: a second double and a twin room, served by a shower room. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and electricity are included; logs for the woodburner start the stay and more are available locally. The property has parking for one car on site and is non-smoking.
