Ty Hir is a detached house converted from farm buildings, set on 14 acres of land in the Llyn Peninsula with views across fields towards the sea. The property has three bedrooms—two with king beds, one with two singles—and a single bathroom, along with a large open-plan living and dining area that mixes original features like exposed beams and wooden floors with comfortable modern furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included; there is private parking for five cars and a secure cycle store.

Outside, a generous lawned garden has furniture and a barbecue, and the surrounding countryside gives immediate access to coastal walks and sandy beaches. Abersoch and Pwllheli, both offering restaurants, shops and watersports, are nearby; Snowdonia's peaks are within reach for a day out. The nearest shops are about two miles away. The house does have steep spiral stairs, and smoking is not permitted inside.
