Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms are the perfect size with hot drink facilities & your own sink which come in handy. The furniture have more of a rustic feel to them but do not feel out of place in the room. Landlord (Keith) is great, very responsive & deals with any problems straight away(maintenance or guest). The hotel also has a fully functional kitchen, laundry facilities, dining room, pool table & onsite parking at no extra cost. My room (2) very spacious, comfortable bed & good size TV. What more could anyone ask for. Keep doing what your doing Keith because it's working.

This is the best value, nicest and friendliest guesthouse I've ever stayed at! Paul and Julie are lovely and really made you feel at home with their kindness and help. It's so difficult to find dog-friendly hotels, but they have certain rooms allocated to accommodate your 4-legged friend which is fantastic. My boy loved staying there too (he would give a 6 out of 5 star doggy rating if he could lol!) and loved the fuss, attention and kind doggy treats Paul and Julie always had ready for him! The whole place and rooms are always clean and immaculate, while the communal bathrooms are kept freshened up throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The inclusive breakfast buffet is great because you can help yourself at any time throughout the day, so you don't have to rush to beat the breakfast deadline like at most b&b's.

The owners are very friendly and love dogs. They're super helpful and generous, lovely people. The rooms are comfortable and kitted out with all the necessities. This will be our go-to place in Hartlepool from now on!
