About Combe Haven Holiday Park
Tucked into the shallow Combe Haven valley just inland from St Leonards-on-Sea, this holiday park trades clifftop drama for shelter and greenery, with touring pitches set among static caravans and holiday homes a couple of miles west of Hastings. The valley position means you're better protected from coastal winds than the more exposed sites closer to town, though you lose the direct sea views as a result. On-site facilities cover the basics well enough—swimming pool, shop, play area, and decent shower blocks—making it easy to settle in for a few days without needing to venture far.
The surrounding wetland nature reserve offers flat, gentle walking routes if you fancy an evening stroll, and the park's location roughly midway between Hastings and Bexhill works nicely if you're planning to explore both. Hastings Old Town and the seafront are a short drive rather than a walk, as is Bexhill's Regency seafront in the other direction. It's a practical, well-positioned base that feels more countryside retreat than seaside showpiece.

We stayed in Combe Haven at the beginning of July, for 7nights. Location fantastic. We rented the dog friendly caravan, with additional toilet and 3 bedrooms in quiet location. The caravan was great, had everything we needed. Caravan was clean, however the carpets in the bedroom stunk of the dirty dog and urine. We liked the caravan and location so we didn't report it and after few days we got used to it. Our 2 Yr old loved the entertainment and activities. Swimming pool is a great options, but there is a lot of seagulls and occasional poop in the pool which was making water dirty. We enjoyed the pub and food options however there should be more salads available, we felt everything was fried and no healthy options available.

We had an amazing time at combe haven on our recent holiday, their was so much to do along with a wide variety of activities for all ages. All of the staff from security to entertainment were absolutely fabulous and so friendly. A big shout out to Maddie the entertainer who made my son feel special and was great with all of the children and also to Harry and Kyle who run some of the activities, they were both so much fun and kept the children engaged. Also to the security on the gate and within the arcade and club house, they were so friendly and always happy and helpfull. Thank you for a great holiday, we will deffo be recommending 🥰😊

Just got back after a 7 night stay, we had a gold plus caravan in the sea view village part of the park. Couldn't fault the stay at all. Myself my partner and 4 children aged 6-16 stayed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Site was clean and tidy, caravan was lovely and clean and had a little park right outside which saw a lot of activity from our children and others. Pool was nice and the arcade saw visits every night. Shop was always stocked and staff on site were a joy. Would definitely come back even possibly this year kn August.

Fantastic!! We travel in a van so anything is more comfortable and spaceful than that. We loved it. Comfortable bed, nice heating system, affordable, the only problem is it’s very difficult to get a good wifi signal inside, luckily we brought starlink with us. The caravan was clean just don’t forget to bring your own soap, kitchen towel, sponge, toilet paper , bathroom towel etc. It’s huge inside but nice and quiet where we were located.
