Sea View is a two-bedroom flat on the third floor of a building in St Leonards-on-Sea, sleeping three guests. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer; a living room with Freeview television; and a shower room with heated towel rail. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The double bedroom is 4ft 6in, and there is on-road parking nearby.

The flat overlooks the sea. From the living and dining areas you can watch across the English Channel. The seafront promenade is within immediate reach—close enough for a morning walk or to sit and watch the water change through the day. St Leonards-on-Sea itself has independent cafés, vintage shops and creative spaces scattered through the streets. Warrior Square, with its 19th-century architecture, is nearby. For a longer outing, Hastings Old Town lies about 30 minutes' walk along the coast, with antique markets, the fish market and traditional pubs. No smoking in the property.
