Woodland View

Woodland View is a three-bedroom house in St Leonards on Sea, sleeping five people across a kingsize bed, a double and a single. It suits families and small groups who want their own space without sharing with other guests. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. The property has a bathroom with bath and shower, off-street parking for two cars, and an enclosed back garden with seating and a barbecue.

Downstairs, the living and dining room has a smart TV and large windows with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are the three bedrooms. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. No smoking is permitted throughout.

St Leonards on Sea has beaches and shops nearby. There are two steps up to the front entrance and two more in the garden itself. Arrival is after 3pm, departure before 10am.
