Lower House Barn is a converted barn where the ground floor opens into one continuous living space—a layout that pulls everyone together. The kitchen sits alongside the dining area, which opens directly onto a patio, making it easy to move between indoors and garden. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are distributed across the property: a super king on the ground floor with an ensuite bath and shower, a double with ensuite shower also downstairs, and two singles upstairs with a shower room. The barn's character comes from its exposed beams and high ceilings, matched with contemporary heating, a full kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, and Wi-Fi throughout.
The private garden has a sitting area with furniture and a barbecue. On-site parking fits three cars. An enclosed patio means there's outdoor space whatever the weather. Essentials like bed linen, towels and electricity are covered; a welcome pack, travel cot and highchair are provided. The property sits in countryside near the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with walking and cycling routes on the doorstep. Smoking is not permitted. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

A very lovely converted barn, that's well equipped. The area is very rural and beautiful with lovely walks...great for our dog. The owners are very nice, and keep a few sheep, chickens and pigs nearby which our granddaughter loved to feed.

Absolutely fantastic stay in the beautiful Shropshire hills. This is a gorgeous cottage located in a remote area of linley, with lots of places to hike and gorgeous views. Our host was lovely, and I really loved her dog too. Hidden gem is what I would describe this place as! Cannot wait to come back to visit our host and her doggo ❤️
