Larger groups and extended families need space to sprawl without stepping on each other. The Villa Mansion delivers that across two buildings set within 10 acres of private grounds. The main house holds five bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms except one; the annex contains two more bedrooms and a second kitchen. Altogether, the property sleeps 14 and you have exclusive use of everything—no neighbours, no shared facilities.
The main residence includes a cinema room, gym, two games rooms, and enough living space that people can occupy different corners and still find each other for meals. The annex works as a self-contained space for guests who want more independence. Both kitchens are equipped for serious cooking. Outside, there's a heated swimming pool (6m by 3m), floodlit tennis court, sauna, and a garden with a summerhouse, patio heater, and outdoor kitchen for BBQs. Parking fits 10 cars. One dog is welcome at no extra cost, though note there is a large pond in the grounds. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided. Smoking is not permitted.

What a splendid holiday home — stayed with family and it was a proper treat. Plenty of space, comfy beds, and a lovely setting for a quiet getaway. We’d happily return for another staycation.

Tired! House no doubt had a quality finish 5-10 years ago but is now very much in need of a refurb. Evidence of no investment is evident all over the property. Mould in bathroom, broken door locks (so house never secure), poor WiFi, sauna not working, no hot water in kitchen, light switches that don’t work, cinema seating not as per photo (substitute not padded and uncomfortable), and just generally tired furniture and fixings. Pool only heated in warmer months not as advertised on AirBnB. Outside similarly needs some attention (slippery decking, algae on white walls, etc) to be up there with the similar quality rentals available for the same price.

Not even 1 start, but there is no 0 stars rating. If you have an event or party, just look somewhere else, don't waste your time. Worst manager I have ever seen, one angry little man.

What a fantastic party we had at this villa. It was for my 13 year old son and so we had lots of his age group mixed in with the adults and I have to say combined with the weather we had an amazing time and Marco on site helped with all the DJ, Bar and food we had to organise. Can we do it again same time next year for my 60th Cheers
