Balloan Steading - East is a converted grain store sleeping eight across four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room. Every bed can be configured as either a superking or twin, and the property comes with cot and highchair if needed. The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with a wood burner, a separate games room with air hockey, and a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, and there's parking for four cars on site plus two electric charging points.
The setting is rural and quiet, with a shared garden and patio among the Balloan properties. The coast lies two miles away, and Dornoch village is three minutes' drive—home to restaurants, a long sandy beach, and Royal Dornoch golf course. This is a self-catering base for exploring Caithness and Sutherland's shoreline, or simply retreating from ordinary life. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra charge. Smoking is not permitted inside.
