Proncy Farm Chalet comes with the essentials sorted: heating, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included, plus a welcome pack to get you started. Everything is on the ground floor, with a living and dining space centred around a woodburner and Smart TV, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, three bedrooms (one with a king bed and ensuite shower, two with singles), and a separate shower room. The grounds have garden furniture and you'll find parking for two cars on site.
The chalet sits on a working farm three miles from Dornoch, in the kind of rural Highland setting where you can actually see the countryside. You're well placed for the NC500 route if you're touring, and Dornoch itself has a sandy beach, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Golf features heavily here—Royal Dornoch championship course is nearby—and the surrounding area suits anyone looking for a quiet base to explore on foot or by car. One pet is welcome. Note that there are internal steps, and smoking is not permitted.
