Conon Bridge is a quiet Highland village with a hotel restaurant, café and pub within reach, and Beinn View House sits on a rise above it in its own grounds. The house itself is substantial—five bedrooms across two storeys, three bathrooms, and space for eight people—making it work equally well for a large family or a group taking a week together. One bedroom and the main bathroom are downstairs; the other four bedrooms and a shower room occupy the first floor, with one bedroom offering an ensuite.
The ground floor holds a living room with a woodburner (initial logs included), and a kitchen-diner that opens onto the garden via French doors. The kitchen has two electric ovens, a hob, microwave-grill, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer—everything needed to cook properly or manage laundry through a longer stay. An enclosed garden with decking and furniture provides outdoor space, and two cars can park on the property. One dog is welcome. The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all part of the booking. No smoking indoors.
The location puts you on the Black Isle within reach of the North Coast 500 route, with river and woodland walks nearby. Muir of Ord golf course is accessible for visitors, and the wider Highlands are easily explored from here.

What guests say
This house is the most beautiful and spacious house and very well looked after with great facilities! Carpets are cosy and clean and the kitchen is a really nice size. All the rooms are very generous and the owner is easy to contact and replies quickly and is kind, helpful and any requests we’ve had the owner has always been very accommodating. There is a large entrance for shoes and coats, then a large utility area if you need to wash clothes or use a tumble dryer. The dining table can host 8 people so is ideal if you’re hosting family or friends. The log burning stove is easy to use and so warm and cosy in cold temperatures! And it is near a fish and chip shop and co op and not far from more amenities in Dingwall. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and all are clean and spacious. There are lots of places for children to play. Parking for 2 cars and views from the windows are beautiful! We’ve stayed there twice and if ever we need to stay in Conon Bridge again in the future we will be here again as it’s the best place we’ve stayed in for miles around!! Well worth the money!! We love Beinn View House!!!!
