Newtonmore sits at the heart of the Highlands, within reach of everything from Speyside distilleries to the Moray Coast, Loch Ness, and Fort William. The village itself has pubs, restaurants and shops 250 yards away, plus the Wild Cat trail and an award-winning folk museum. Golf courses dot the region—Newtonmore club is just 100 yards off, while Aviemore, with skiing and outdoor shops, is a 15-minute drive. Walkers, cyclists, swimmers and anglers base themselves here for the lochs, glens and moorland on the doorstep.

Bruich Cottage is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom property sleeping four, arranged on a single ground floor with no internal steps. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas; the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. One bedroom has a king bed, the other two singles. A shower room, utility room with washing machine, and bike storage complete the interior. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, a shared garden with your own patio area and firepit looks onto peaceful surroundings—note there is one step down to the garden itself. Private parking fits two cars. Smoking is not permitted.
