Carn Cottage

Carn Cottage is a four-bedroom property sleeping seven on the Farr Estate in Strathnairn, about twenty minutes from Inverness. Everything you need is provided: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with fuel for the wood burner. One dog stays free. The cottage is non-smoking throughout.

The ground floor holds an open-plan living space with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave), a utility room with washing machine, and one bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: a super kingsize, a double and a single, each with its own ensuite and heated towel rail. All four bathrooms have either a walk-in shower or a bath with shower over. There is private parking for four cars on site.

An enclosed garden wraps around the property with a decking area and barbecue at the rear. Fly fishing is available on the estate. The setting is countryside, yet Inverness and its touring routes are close enough for day visits.
