Garden Cottage

Garden Cottage is comprehensively equipped for a self-catering break. The ground floor holds an open-plan living space with a 50-inch smart TV and electric woodburner, a dining area, and a kitchen fitted with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds that zip together. A second bathroom on the first floor has a shower and toilet. Oil heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

The cottage sits in a quiet lane leading directly to beach. Tain Golf Club borders the grounds, and the small town of Tain lies about a mile away. One dog stays free. There is private parking for two cars, an enclosed garden with seating and furniture, and a further half-acre fenced field available for guests—useful both for dogs and for children to play. Coastal and forest walks begin from the property itself, and the beach is roughly 100 yards away. No smoking inside.
