Harbour View sits on the first floor of a coastal property in Cromarty, Highland, where the sea is visible across the water from the windows. The entrance involves 16 steps. You get two bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two singles—a shower room, and an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining space and comfortable seating. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine; a coffee machine is also provided. Freeview Smart TV is in the living area. Parking for two cars is on site.

Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The property is yours alone, sleeping up to four people. No smoking is permitted. Cromarty Harbour lies just beyond the property, and the beach is within walking distance. The town centre—with its courthouse museum, Hugh Miller's Birthplace Cottage and independent shops—is reachable on foot. Boat trips leaving from the harbour offer chances to see seals, dolphins and seabirds.
